Terms of sale and license

These terms apply to purchases from Deliverance LC (“we”, “us”) of the Magnet Theory Trading indicator, course, and related services.

License

Each purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the indicator source code and course materials for their own trading and study. The license is not a sale of the code or the course.

No redistribution

You may not share, resell, publish, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the source code, any modified version of it, the course videos, or other purchased materials. This includes publishing the code as a public or invite-only script on TradingView. Each copy of the code carries an identifier linked to the purchase.

Educational use only

The indicator and course are educational tools. They are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and they do not tell you to buy or sell anything. Trading decisions and their outcomes are your own. See the Risk disclosure.

Updates

Updates to the indicator are included with every tier.

Refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund policy.

Limitation of liability

The indicator and course are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from their use.
