Policy

We do not offer refunds. The indicator source code, course and other materials are delivered in full the moment a purchase completes, and digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or viewed.

Please read the method, the “On the chart” examples and the FAQ before buying, and contact us with any questions beforehand.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for something you did not purchase, contact us and we will correct it.
